How much of my inner world will i have to share during the session?
As much as you feel like! The best part of this method is that you do not need to tell the full story in detail to be able to release it. The only thing I need to know is what you feel in the moment so I can guide you through the experience.
it is hard for me to recognise what I’m feeling. will the method still work?
Yes it will. Most of the time we struggle because we are not used to self observation and have poor relationship with our bodies and inner world. I will share the tools and guide you through the experience so you will be able to learn how to ground yourself and get in tune with whatever you’re feeling.
how many sessions do i need in order to feel the difference?
It is very individual depending on your goals, but even one session can make a difference as you will learn the tools and be able to experience it practically on the spot. However, this method best works when used consistently, therefore I recommend a combination of individual work and 1:1 sessions, as you’ll be able to get additional guidance on the situations you may struggle with.
What is the objective of emotional release technique?
The objective is to help you release trapped emotions, memories and limiting beliefs. As you integrate your shadow, you create a more intimate relationship with yourself and your feelings, so you can lead a more relaxed and harmonious life, realising your full potential.
i tried journaling, forgiveness practices, meditations but i still feel negative feelings?
It is a misconception that in order to lead a happy life we have to only feel good. All the emotions bring different messages and serve different purposes and they are all necessary for our wellbeing. However, the difference lies in learning how to navigate them rather than reacting to them. Freedom with it, rather than freedom from it.
What makes this method different from others?
This method works on the basis of radical honesty, thus the more honest you are with yourself and me, the faster the progress. No convincing, affirmations or fake positivity needed. Also, instead of focusing on the stories and thoughts, we focus on the body where the trapped energy is stored, thus allowing us to dive straight to the source of the problem and achieve results faster.
